I was given a gift cert. for Christmas (Day @ the Spa), I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance, called the day before to confirm. When I arrived 10 mins early, I was told I was early (like if that was something that never happens)also was told they were running way behind and would have to wait 30 mins. I ended waiting 45 mins before anyone took me back for the facial. Once she started the facial, then came the up-sales of products (makes the facial really enjoyable NOT). When she was done I was told to go back to the front a have a seat, then a man (which later I found out was the owner)asked me to reset my manicure and pedicure. (so much for Day @ the Spa). I was not impressed and would not suggest any one this place
