DO NOT GO TO CLAUDE THOMAS!!!!! THEY WILL SCREW UP YOUR HAIR AND REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I went in for highlights and a haircut and told the stylist, Briget, that I was growing out my hair and didn't want too much taken off. Also, I told her at least five times that I did NOT want reddish highlights. After 4 1/2 hours at the salon, I had the worst haircut of my life and and REDDISH highlights! Here's the real kicker: After I paid for my services in good faith that the owner, Claudia, would call me to discuss how to remedy the issues with my hair, the receptionist called me 5 days later and told me that the owner felt that the stylist did a good job and did not want to talk to me further! I have never been treated so disrectfully by a hair salon or an owner of a business. Shame on you, Claudia; you're an embarrassment to all women business owners, especially since most of your patrons are women! I will definitely report this to the Better Business Bureau and other salon review sites to prevent others from being ripped off and treated with such disrespect, AND given unacceptable hair services. If I could give zero stars I would.
