I had my eyebrows done with permanent make up. They turned out great!
She did a good job on matching my eyebrow color to my hair color also.
First she took the time to draw them on with a pencil and let me look in a mirror to see how i liked them. Then she adjusted them with her pencil until i was happy with them before she applied the permanent make up. She also applies a numbing cream before the permanent application.
