I've been going to Petra for two years. She's fabulous and never rushes. All of my appointment last 90 minutes. This is the best spa I have ever been to and that includes Red Door and many pricey others. She has become my friend, my skin is is wrinkle free at 55 and I can't say enough good things. Generally I am the only client there for my entire appointment. I called to day because of a breakout and I hoped she could find a few minutes to laser. She had me come in two hours later, cleaned my pores, applied a mask and then finished with a laser. Went to pay and because I am a regular customer was charged $20 for the mask. Amazing.

I have never encountered a business owner as rude and unprofessional as this woman. There are many fabulous spas in the DC area where you can have a relaxing experience so dont subject yourself to her personal insults and attitude of superiority.
