My wife has like 3classes she is enrolled in here that she goes to like 3times a week. When she is in Yoga, or Spin class, I go to the basketball court, or the pool and relax. the facilities here Re great and the instructors always available to help or lend a hand.

I think I'm going to sign up for a family membership. this place really has something for everyone.

I come here on the weekends and I really like what they offer. There are dozens of classes, many of which are free. The pool here is terrific and the Sauna/Steam room is the best I've seen around. Free towel service and the Fitness training program is one of the best I've seen---

I've been going here foe a while now and the staff is just great. Jess is super sweet, I've been working with her for a while. I love to take a steam after I work out.

What a waste of a gym...we have belonged to Golds since they took over the facility. As a matter of fact we have belonged to this gym for 15 years in total.There have no improvements or repairs made to the facility since Golds took over although the owner Joe has charged a surcharge to all the members (6 months ago) to make the repairs. When asked when the repairs would be made Joe always answers "they are starting next week". We finally had enough and gave written notice of our intent end our membership and Joe told us he required written notice and 30 days. We did both and were still charged for the next month. PLEASE,PLEASE avoid this place they are as dishonest as they come!

This Golds was the subject of a show on National Geo called TURN AROUND KING. The opperation was described as a train wreck. The show provided loads of great ideas as well as need management training for the owners and none of the ideas were carried out by the owners.

It seems to me that they are in such financiial wreck right now that they don't know how to stay afloat. Don't forget once you give them access to your credit/debit card it's hard to stop the payments!!!

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Beware!! My credit card was charged with unauthorized charges, when I inquired I was told that these were a series of charges to improve the facility - but I NEVER was told nor did I approve them. I am fighting the charges thru my credit card company.
