People do NOT sign up! Huge scam. My husband and I signed up month ago, agreement never was sent to us as it suppose to, month later we got charge on our credit card of $90. Called them asking what is that all about they said we agreed to some fees, I said we never agreed to anything as we never got our agreement, they ent it 3 weeks later and said if you don't agree cancel it within 3 days which we did since we didn't agree with fees and now they saying that this was our fault that we had to seeking for them to send us agreement and make them basically do their work. We all have a jobs we going to gym to work out not to hunt receptionists for agreement! This people try to sign you up and after they will be charging your card whatever they want. Be very careful with these people.

Terrible service, Half the time there's no one at the front desk. They rarely greet you and when they do its more of a grunt than anything else. Dont even get me started on canceling your membership. They hit you with every fee possible ( "yearly mantaince") fees for god knows what cause SFF refuses to email back. PLUS theyll charge you a month after youve requested cancellation

The staff is rude and very disorganized. Their cancellation policy is a fraud. They charge you for another 31 days after you request cancellation. I got charged another month plus $ 85 for "yearly fees" when I am obviously not coming back.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PLACE.

Annoying to cancel membership. You have to send certified mail with a copy of a bill saying you have moved more than 25 miles away... why??? It's a gym. I cannot think of any other service that requires such a random burden of proof to cancel. I know multiple people (college students) who attended the gym and a year after still were paying simply because of that requirement. This gym is like a cable company...even that is easier to cancel!

The trainer was amazing. I will absolutely return. I felt like I had a complete work out. I felt the prices were fair. However the sales manager didnt seem to know what he was doing.

I've been a member @ future fitness for about 6 years..thay advertise great specials,like membership & tanning,sounds good right?...Check out thoses free w. membership tanning beds...THAY DO NOT MAINTAIN THEM..Beds are falling apart...bulbs are old , bulds are out...the last time thay changed them was November 2010--the beds are used all day to the point that we need to reserve one in order to get in...classroom weights are old broken & thay do not have enough for classes. oh yeah put something in there suggestion box out front...seen them read them,and say thats not gonna happen & throw it away..common guys get it together,,,,cant wait for my membership to run out.,,,
