No, they were on time
Was the massage therapist able to customize their massages for clients with injuries?
Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage

Not at all. They were very careful and respectful

No, they were fully staffed
Did the massage therapist end your session early?
Not at all! They gave me my full massage, and it was fantastic!

The facility is airy, clean, light, and welcoming. The reception staff are helpful. I have used only one of the practitioners, and she is just amazing (Kyla Jones) with her skills and intuition. Both her table and Thai massage are wonderful!
