They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. When I walk in they always greet me by name. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to whether it is setting up my shower or giving me extra time to get dressed.They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

I love going here because they give outstanding massages and they don't short me on my time. I've had that happen at other places, but here they always give me a very long massage, and it is fantastic. They always have a special going on their website and if I don't bring in a coupon they will let it slide. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed

I received a gift card for DreamScape Spa and attempted to use it to get a package of a massage and a facial. I made an appointment and notified the receptionist that I had a gift card. I informed him of the amount of the gift card and that the card was two (2) years old (it was issued on 7/9/07 and my appointment was for 7/21/09). It clearly states on the bottom of the gift card that it "never expires" and the receptionist promised me emphatically that this was "absolutely not a problem." When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was turned away and told that "spa patrons should know better than to attempt to use a gift card after six months." Despite the promise of *never* expiring, I was told that only the owner could access older gift cards in the computer logs and that this was a very difficult process. I asked when this could be resolved and was told the "owner has children" and might not be able to come in "for several days." The staff was very rude and dismissive of the fact that I had an appointment and had double-checked the issue of the gift card's life-span before making my appointment and wasting my time. The staff was also very unsympathetic to the fact that I had taken the day off of work and driven an hour each way just to partake of this facility's spa treatments. The staff refused to reimburse me the value of the gift card and likewise refused to render any services. I asked for the owner's name and number and was rebuffed. I left my name and number and was told the owner "would call in a few days." I have not heard from him and the staff does not seem interested in making this situation right. I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism and apathy of this establishment. Appointments clearly matter very little and the staff demonstrates no interest in facilitating the use of their gift cards. The "never expires" clause is fradulent and the gift card isn't worth the paper it's printed on! Likewise, there seems to be no attempt to satisfy their spa patrons; there was no supervisor, manager, or owner on the site and my legitimate complaint was ignored. I was treated with utter contempt by the staff. I strongly advise anyone looking for a calm, non-stressful spa experience to steer clear of DreamScape Spa.
