They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
