I don't know why some people write things like, they went into a dirty room. All those girls clean their rooms after they finish with a client. Or how they thought they could get full service for 25 bucks. Get real. I think half of these negative comments of from competing providers. I have never had but the best massage from east west. Never

Went to get a massage and it was awful. First of all you walk in and they have a table set up like a table you would see at a garage sale. Then when they take you to the room mine was dirty still had nasty blankets from the customer before and the lady had to clean up the room which by cleaning she took the old blankets off and left one still on there that was on there when I walked in. Then she told me to get undressed while she left the room and literally took 20 minutes to come back in . My massage was at 4 and she literally finished my massage at 4:45 mins you this is me checking in, waiting for her to clean the room, taking 20 mins to start the massage and ending early. I PAID FOR AN HOUR MASSAGE AND GOT ABOUT A HALF HOUR. and to make matters worse on my way out they were asking are you going to be leaving the tip today or your boyfriend because we both got them done together and I said I would . Little did I know my boyfriend had already tipped for the both of us so they screwed us over. Definitely would not recommend this place, honestly not sure how they even get business.

My son who is mentally impaired went into get a massage because his back was sore. Someone had told him it would cost about $25.00. He was never told how much the cost of the massage and he was asked during the massage -do you want your feet and hands massaged-at which time he said ok. The resulting bill was $115.00 for a half hour massage. He found out at the end of this period and paid with his debit card- which left him $2.00 for the month for groceries. I contacted Rob the manager to explain the mistake and was told we can not do any thing to help. He said he held up his fingers to explain the cost AFTER THE MASSAGE . SHAME ON THIS COMPANY SHAME SHAME. . ANY ONE OUT THERE WITH A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER WITH SPECIAL NEEDS UNDERSTANDS HOW THIS CAN EASILY HAPPEN-------PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Before they started my massage, they asked me how I preferred to have my massage done, to make sure they gave me exactly what I was looking for. They really care about giving their clients the best massage possible. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I was very impressed. I really appreciated that they weren't overly talkative during my massage. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
