Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
