Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

I love that they make an extra effort to always respect my privacy. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I hardly ever had to wait for them to show up. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I am very satisfied and would recommend Dr. Stephens.

Definitely, and they adjusted the massage to meet my demands

When I first started seeing Dr.John I was working Concrete and after about a year my back started aching something aweful. He took some X rays & Said Hey Noel it looks like you broke your Tail bone.... I had broken my tail bone skateboarding in winslow,AZ. in 1994-95. The doctors there had took x rays and said nothing was wrong & made me walk home 2 miles....

Dr.Stephens had been my main Chiro.. for about 3 years.. when I mooved to Columbus, i could not find anyone who was as helpful or physically able to allign my spine. His Staff and himself have touched my soul and wherever i go i compare every chiropractor to him and none thus far have messuered up! Thank Your Dr. stephen's Many Blessings to you and Yours....
