Most people probably don’t think about the chairs in the waiting room area, but I have to say that they really have great chairs to sit in. They were soft and extremely comfortable, which helped me relax immediately before my massage began.
I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
