They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The only negativeside iis that their services are expensive, at least comparing to other providers in the area, but keep in mind that they are professional, kind and they provide very good service.

I loved this place right from the start. I had my 13 year old son when I first discovered this place, and they welcomed him and I and made him very comfortable in the massage spa chairs. I have returned ever since.I live in the bronx and drive to joyce nails in Scarsdale because they are very professional,clean, and friendly. By far the best service i have received, compared to upscale NYC salons I have visited. They also have the latest and best products on the market.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
