They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I wish that they had been more courteous and respectful. They used a bit too much foul language for my comfort.
