If you don't know the absolute basics about nutrition, like what a carbohydrate is or how to read a label, I'm sure you could learn something here, but I'm not confident you couldn't learn it more surely and easily elsewhere. Honestly, she didn't seem to understand some of the concepts very well.

Also, prospective clients should know that she sees people at her house, and she appears to be a hoarder. It's not a very pleasant place to be and a bit hard to navigate in. Also, since I am looking for help with the behavioral side of nutrition, it did make me wonder, if this person can't cope with her own compulsions and bad habits, how will she help me with mine?
