I don't think I would recommend them to anyone. I didn't feel like they helped me much. I don't think I could have reached my health goals without their help. The information they gave me made all the difference. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I felt unwelcome during my visit. They are not very friendly, which I found odd for someone in this profession.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. My food plan is fantastic and I know I'll be able to stick to it. They made me a food plan that completely met my needs and fit my lifestyle. I couldn't be happier. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. After visiting them, I am confident they can help me reach my health goals. They are very knowledgeable and dedicated.
