Ever since I have been diagnosed with PCOS, which is a female hormonal issue. I have finally understood that there’s so much more to weight lost than just not eating or over exercising and just making yourself crazy with all these fad not sustainable diets. So I finally was tired after all these years and reached out to Dr Azi, I have been with her about three months now and have learned great tips from her and have been more comfortable with food and health in general. I have learned a lot of every day, life food changes and I have officially lost 10 pounds. Which to someone 10 pounds might mean nothing , but to me it means a lot and I am able to sustain it pretty easy to be honest. I have learned so much and I’m still going strong to reaching my goal of losing up to 30 pounds. I’m very grateful that I have found Dr Azi. And I highly recommend her to anyone that just wants to live a healthier lifestyle and wants to just Learn how to have a better relationship with food.

Excellent results, very professional.
At first I had the idea that I was going to get into a boring diet, then I realized this was simply putting my current diet in order and changing some of my old diet habits.
I am on my best shape ever and I am keen to continue with this.
