Paula still practices the intuitive eating model for disordered eating clients. This practice has been researched and proven that it doesn't work on a person who is actively eating disordered, however she absolutely won't open up her mind to the proven science of family based therapy and the theory of the world stops to until you eat and holding her clients and empowering their families on skills to make their sick family members eat to recover. She excludes the family from the clients recovery process and frequently creates tension between the client and their family. I think she has good intention but is outdated and uneducated on the evidence based models of refeeding that are proven to work with extremely high success rates.

Paula is simply the best. She is incredibly relatable, listens with care and compassion yet won't sugar coat a thing. I respect her more than any other person I've seen, and I feel like she respects me too. I talk to her about all kinds of things, even things that have nothing to do with food. She is one of the top people I go to for advice about anything, and I trust her implicitly. She quite literally saved my life, and I always look forward to talking to her. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Paula.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Yes, but they did me no good

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did this dietitian-nutritionist customize your food plan to accomodate your personal tastes and lifestyle?
Kind of. They included a couple of foods I like but not too many

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
