All of my questions were answered during our session. I learned a lot. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. Their staff is very friendly and professional. She is always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I feel like Pam goes out of the way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. She is easy to talk to! My new plan has helped me.
