I’ve been going to Dr. Coats for years. I was in car accident and felt like it was never taken care of properly by my PCP. A friend of mine suggested I go see Dr. Coats. He and his staff are amazing. He really cares and is very informative on communicating to me what is the best care for me. I will not go anywhere else.

He's an extremely charismatic person, and a wonderful doctor. He made a great first impression and I look forward to my next visit. The staff are caring, informative and knowledgeable.

EXCELLENT chiropractic care. Dr. James Coats can quickly examine and realign backs, ribs, toes, fingers, knees... What a help he has been to our family for many, many years! We have visited many chiropractors over the decades, but value Dr. James Coats the most.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! I was very comfortable during my entire treatment

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
