His front office person NEVER greets me, and she only talks to me to order me to sign in.

After I complained about somebody else getting my appointment time and I had to wait longer, Jason Hoff made a rude comment about "sorry to take 8 minutes of your life away." He then proceeded to grate on me about it for the entire treatment, plus when I was paying and putting on my coat.

I was a long time customer of his, and not anymore, I was surprised at his rudeness.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

No
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
