Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
