Dr. Hahn explained everything well and was really thorough. He as a doctor was great. If you have insurance, I would not recommend this facility. The receptionist/billing person pushed for money right off without thoroughly checking into my insurance program.
She only heard part of what my insurance company explained to her. I contacted my insurance and they went over all points that were covered with her based off the questions she asked. She first contacted me for $260, then called and said $120. Insurance never received a bill from their office.
Also, leaving my appt Monday i said I'd contact the office when I'd be able to come back. She called 30 min later asking what time I'd be in and I again advised I'd call and schedule something AFTER I talked with my insurance provider and looked at my business schedule. Two days later I get a voicemail from her saying " Just reminding you about your appt toady at 4 or 4:30". No wonder she didn't comprehend what my insurance company told her because she DOESN'T LISTEN!
Great doctor...HORRIBLE up front office. Only two people work in this small office, the dr and her.
Check out chiro-plus off western center or in white settlement. They LISTEN and show true compassion for their patients.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Dr. Hahn is very knowledgeable in his field! I have walked in not being able to move and he has always fixed me up, most time in a couple of sessions if not just one. And I have recommended him to my family and friends!
