My level of satisfaction was very high after this appointment. I was impressed with how the doctor catered to my needs. This business is in a safe area, well lit. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I highly recommend Dr Simkovich for treatment of head injury symptoms.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
