My fiancé and I had gotten into a minor car cash, someone rear endeared us at a red light. The crash may have been monitor but our whiplash wasn't. I'm so happy our told us to go to him. He and his staff are amazing at what they do. I would never go to any other chiropractic doctor, he's is literally the best and so nice .

I don't remember how I found this guy, but I really wish I hadn't. He was ALWAYS at least 30 minutes late because he is too busy trying to get new patients then work with the ones he has. Then he tries to suck all the money he can from you. I was in a car accident and he sucked in $8500 of my PiP insurance (the other $1500 went to a hospital) in 3 months. He is literally in the room with you 2 mins. All his equipment is outdated - the gym equipment is old, broken and doesn't work right, plus you just go in there by yourself with no supervision for "physical therapy" and then they charge you about $200 for 15 minutes for just that. Pump up an old, nasty, never cleaned "traction neck brace" by yourself for another $100. Then 2 minutes with the "doctor" for another $200. Over $500 per visit to my car insurance. RIDICULOUS. Constant turn over with staff, never the same people and the girls don't know what they're doing at all, very unprofessional and unknowledgeable. My accident has settled for peanuts, not even $1k after attorney fees, and Dr. Klonel wants an additional $3100 from me. After my attorney fought his office, he waived down to $500... but seriously?! After $8500 for doing nothing, he's going to suck another $500 out of a patient who's overall WAY in the negative on medical bills, for doing almost no work? Horrible. DO NOT GO HERE! He's definitely an ambulance chaser and ACTS so concerned and helpful and sincere but it's all lies.

I was kind of nervious having my first adjustment, but I felt great afterward! I definitely saw a huge difference. Dr. Klonel is so exciting to observe when your in the office. He loves his job and his positive energy helps the nervous new comers. His staff is very friendly and professional. The woman who works at the front desk always greets me by name when I walk in. I'm very impressed with the professional and positive attitudes throughout the entire office! I often reccomend Dr. Kent Klonel with Klonel Chiropractic to many of my friends who complain of a sore back or neck. I know he truely cares about his patients and is a wonderful chiropractic choice.
