Yes, it was very serious so I never went back

I was given adjustments to my neck and back that were not needed what so ever and I do not know why they thought I did. I would have liked if they focused more on the actual purpose of my visit. I am entirely convinced that they did not know what they were doing. And I was correct I was completely mis-diagnosed and BMR charged me $9,000.00 unecessarily - this was an awful waste of time and money, of which I had neither to waste. I've spent a lot more money finding out what was actually wrong. If you have a medical problem - go to a medical doctor for another opinion. Do not give hard earned money up front to any doctor. If your insurance doesn't cover it, then something is very wrong.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I noticed while I was waiting that the chairs in the waiting room were pretty uncomfortable. You would think at a chiropractic clinic they would have nicer chairs.
