I visited a chiropractor once at the age of 18, and while it was literally life changing, I never made it back. Nineteen years later at age 37, I'd walked around with the burdens of pinched nerves, shoulder pains, muscle strains, neck aches, mountain bike injuries, slip and fall injuries, allergies, and generally poor posture and misalignment. Added to these issues is FSHD Muscular Dystrophy, which causes asymmetrical muscle atrophy throughout my body.

I visited Dr. Bence after he did a chiropractic workshop at my wife's Christian School. The results have been tremendous! For 19 years I couldn't lay on my left side without feeling like I was rolling. After the first adjustment I slept through the night on my left side. My frequent pinched nerves have stopped. Neck pain is GONE. 75% of my allergies have stopped. My breathing has improved and my body is calmer. I am stronger. I haven't been sick in over a year!

I am thankful that God has introduced me to Dr. Bence, Dr. Sibyl, and the great team at Bence Chiropractic. They are attentive and caring with a focused, down to earth passion for helping others. They meet you where you are and then make you better, just like God does. I highly recommend Bence Chiropractic!

It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease.

My 1st visit at Dr. Bence's office was very warm and welcoming. His staff was so friendly and helpful. He has helped me with all of my problems. I will refer everyone I know to him.
