I was on vacation in FL recently. The night I arrived, I must have pulled something in my lower back. I was in pain and unable to stand up comfortably. Called Platt and was given an appointment that day with Robbie for a half hour massage--what I had requested. The staff was friendly and professional. The office was close by to my nephew's apartment so it was convenient. Robbie was awesome. She gave me an excellent massage, made me feel comfortable even tho I had never been there before. She was professional and extremely helpful. I'm so glad I chose Platt for my emergency!

I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments.
