My back is out and in a lot of pain. Called on Tue. to get in. No way to get in till the following Mon. Really! a week wait when I'm in bad pain. Not good patient service! Don't even want to give 1 star but this site required at least 1. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Somewhat, it was very uncomfortable

No, there was no annoying music

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.
