I was not pleased with the service at all, the employees were rude and the doctor acted like he was better than everyone else.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do.
