I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.
They sensitive to my concerns and have been very effective to calm my back problems. I was shocked they did not have a website as this Chiropractic Doctor (two generations) needs to be placed out there for the people who need a Doctor with experience and care they can and have provided. I only recommend people I trust and they have been effective to relieve pain in my back. My mother even likes them and she is in her eighties. Too bad it is too far for her to drive sometimes.
