They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I have been living with an enormous amount of pain during my periods for the past 14 years (I'm only 26). It was so horrible that I would hallucinate, have to go home from school/work, or be hospitalized. No joke. I've been to gynecologists, other chiropractors, herbologists and "natural healers". I'd also tried birth control, prescription meds of all sorts, and a variety of natural medicines. Nothing made a dent. After the first month of coming to Back To Health, my cramps had lessened by about 80%! By the second month they were GONE! Completely GONE! I have always wanted to get to the root of my problem and no other medical professional has ever been able to help me, at all. This was a tremendous feat for my emotional and physical well-being! Plus the people are great.

This place is not a place to go for Chiro. Care. First they lead you to believe your problems are almost beyond repair..then they say they have a easy "flexible" payment option and that even the "homeless people can get adjusted"...After 1 month of going here both myself and my wife reported new conditions and problems...when we told the so called Doctor there they re -examined myself only to find out I had a titled spine and dropped right shoulder a condition that was not there when we first went into the location. When we decided to stop using them we go a bill for $3360.00! That is the total for 1 month! We were charged for days when we were on vacation and had clearly advised them we would not be in town. We were charged for a water pillow and neck brace that we did not ask for..it is forced upon you when you go the first visit. To sum it up this place is more of a scam then anything, we have had to go to another Chiro just to fix the problems Back to Health caused! So avoid at all cost, if this message stops just one person for going through the problems we had it is worth it..please find another care provider that actually can provide the proper care!
