I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.

Oregon Chiropractic Service is a very good place for your auto accident recovery. Dr. Bernhard is a very personable physician who is skilled with high quality ability in giving you the best of treatment. Our family has treated with this chiropractic doctor for years and would recommend him to any person who is in need of the best chiropractic treatment available.

They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They've never given me any helpful nutritional or lifestyle advice. I could really use some too. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.
