They're willing to stayed open past their closing times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They always take good care of me. Great staff! They take the time to get to know you and they create a treatment plan to fit you needs.

I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I Highly recommend Carrie and her staff!!

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, which really put my mind at ease. They have really great personal customer service here, knowing and greeting me by name.
