I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
