Very disappointed! We bought the standard process cleanse for two with the understanding that there would actually be enough product for two people. First, we were missing multiple items and I had to go back after realizing that there was no way they had give us enough. Then partway through the 21 day cleanse we realized we would be 78 pills short of the gastro fiber pills. After calling the office for 5 days and getting nowhere (by this time we were completely out) the wife of one of the Dr's called me and explained that the kit had everything we needed. I replied that the instructions in the manual said to take 3 of the pills 3 times per day, multiply that by two people and that is 378 pills but we were given 300. She said that the bottle said to take 1-3, 3 times per day so had we taken less we would have had enough. I got home and looked at the bottle and NO, it says 3 pills 3 times per day. We paid for a product and through false advertising we did not recieve everything we paid for and were told we were getting. We are preparing to do the cleanse again but have found a different office to work with and I will NEVER recommend Hanes or the AWAKE program to anyone I know.

I've been dealing with neck pain and headaches since I was 14 I'm 32 now I've been to children's adena and everywhere else I've had cat scans and MRI and a few other test that cost big bucks...they found nothing...a guy I worked with told me about Hanes so one day my head and neck hurt so bad I decided to stop in even tho I was told by dr not to go to anymore chiropractors.... Well I have to say best choice I've ever made....was there 45 minutes they found out exactly what was wrong even discovered I had a fractured bone that I didn't even know about..pretty amazing out of all the hospitals I went to they never found it.....I only wish I wiuld have went 10 years earlier....I've been there about 5 times and haven't had a headache or neck pain since my first visit.....I know it's there job but they are amazing at there job and you can always tell a dr who cares and they do....I will recommend any and everyone to them...100% satisfied they didn't just ease my pain they totally got rid if it...maybe I'm a rare case but if it can be done it will be by these guys....Brandon was my dr but heard all of them are great...helps to the staff was friendly. Very short wait time I usually go on my lunch break......very very satisfied customer
