Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

Dr. Brown admitted to not reading the notes I wrote (required by his office previous to visit) so did not know I had a melanoma on my back previously! He also said "I didn't look at your back" when I was there for an overall assessment. He seemed distant and did not bother to look me in the eye upon introduction; a small courtesy but reflective of his overall attitude.

On my follow up visit to have 6 stitches removed, he did not look at the wound at all, but simply sent his office assistant in to remove stitches. His prognosis was incorrect, but that can be forgiven, as it was not cancerous. Office has been unable to provide a record of biopsy results as requested.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
