I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

No, there weren't many to choose from

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

I can only comment on Dr. Cogan and the staff at Queens Medical Center. Dr. Cogan literally saved my husbands life by performing an emergency cardiac catheterization and stent placement. While my husband was in a medically-induced coma from his heart attack, Dr. Cogan calmly and patiently told me what was happening and all through the night the doctors and nurses in the Cardiac Care Unit were amazing. This happened on Saturday, April 24, 2010, and on Easter Sunday this year - the one year anniversary of the heart attack - our prayers included many thanks for Dr. Cogan.
