Was this provider's office too cold?

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all, but then again, I once had an office near this location. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
