I did my research and found Dr Sanders who is the only surgeon I would recommend on both coasts. I had a deep plane face lift no bruising, minimum swelling and a great natural result. So natural, no one has noticed, not even catty family members. Dr. Sanders had fantastic follow up, came to his office on a Saturday, phoned me regularly in between appointments. A very special and satisfying experience. Very happy with results

The office is very professional and compassionate. Follow up care is excellent with both Nurse Karen and Danielle. Dr Sanders is amazing. He is professional, takes time and listens to your goals and expectations.

Dr. Sanders and his entire staff are extremely professional, experienced and caring. They were very patient with my many questions and one could not ask for a better nurse than Karen, who was amazing throughout the entire process. I was very nervous about my procedure and she kept me calm and reassured. I had my implants replaced due to capsular contracture and I am beyond happy with my new breasts that look beautiful, exactly the shape I wanted, and feel very natural. Dr. Sanders worked wonders and I highly recommend him.

Very happy with the results. Everything looks very natural (including the slight imperfections). Such a vast improvement on the way my body looked before. I feel tight, slim and so much healthier. My body chemistry has change with the removal of excess fat and skin in a way I just could not budge with 10 years of diet and exercises. I am no longer struggling with insulin resistance and I look great too. So glad I took the plunge. Dr Sanders has the perfect mixture of neutrality and empathy. He was able to advise me perfectly. I felt very looked after by Nurse Karen and Danielle.

From day one Danielle, Nurse Karen and Dr. Sanders were amazing. I wanted to replace my large 20 year old 36D+ implants, decreased the size to a C, even out my nipples and get a lift. They were extremely accommodating, comforting, attentive, detailed, and honest through the process. They were so patient with all my questions and back and forth. After my first consultation, Dr. Sanders even called me himself to check-in. They stocked the surgical suite with images of my ideal look to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. More to the point, hours after the surgery Dr. Sanders, nurse Karen and the anesthesiologist followed up with me. I am so happy with my decision for the surgery under Dr. Sanders care and following nurse Karen's instructions to the letter. Dr. Sanders created beautiful, symmetrical breasts that enhance and fit my figure. It has improved my golf swing, my running, my dress/top size, the svelteness of my figure and my overall confidence.
