Some of the staff is nice while others hate their jobs! The physician assistant thinks she knows everything and is an incompetent fool. She gets medical records of different people confused and then argues with the patient. 3 weeks waiting for a patient request is unacceptable. The doctor is never there so you can't complain nor speak with him. The office manager is just as confrontational as the physician assistant. No one is on the same page and the customer service part of their jobs are horrible. All that office cares about is billing the insurance company. For what? for crappy service.
