They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
