If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Waited over 2 hours for my appointment and when I complained I was told I should have made an appointment. When I told them I did over a month ago they argued with me about it. I refused to pay for their services and told them they can wait to see what my insurance pays before I even think of writing them a check. No one in the front office knew what they were doing!! Even the nurse who finally took me back admitted there was a mistake up front and they had misplaced my file and that's why I wasn't seen for 2 hours. Will never go back to this place and I wouldn't recommend anyone else ever going there either

Call there office 1 hr before my vist and asked if they were on time.I was told yes. They asked me to come in 1/2 hour early to fill out paper work. Which I did.

After wating 1:15 min. I went to the front desk and asked how much longer I was told they would ask a nurse. The 2 ladies at the front desk never got up out of there chairs to find out. at 1:30 min of waiting I went to the front desk and cancelled my appointment.

This office has horrible office staff and or management and have no concern about a patients time. they act as if it all about them and how dare you cancel your appointment if there are very late. They will also not tell you on the phone that they are late if you call in before your appointment.

This office manager needs to due her job and address customer service.

The Woman who answered the phone actually tried to run me off. she was very unhelpfull and turned me away five different ways.
I have never felt so un welcomed in my life.

she basicly told me to find someone els..

Thanks a bunch you un proffessional prick phone answering lady.

Yes, they could have waited

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
