I have been going to Northpointe Medical for over 14 years and have never been treated badly. Dr. Baumann is very easy to talk to about anything. I have always been able to get an appointment with ease, despite the occasional flu outbreaks. I travel 50 miles each way because I moved to the west valley and I don't mind one bit because a good doctor is worth staying with.

I have already recommended them to my friends and loved ones. I was so impressed with their care and treatment! I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. My daughters and I go to Tess, the nurse practitioner and we LOVE her.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

He adjusted my back for free! They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
