We had a horrible, horrible experience. Taffet was extremely rude, and unprofessional. He insulted my 6 yr. Old son and called him fat as he patted his stomach. He told him the surgery was going to hurt really bad.. He had horrific bedside manners. Inbthr short time we were there he bashed multiple former patients. When I told him how he was acting and talking was not OK and that we were leaving. He rolled his eyes, and said pppfftt whatever.
To add the icing to the cake he sent me a letter suggesting I get therapy.
This guy is unbelievable and I cannot believe he has a job.
Horrible, horrible experience. Stir clear!

Fairly nice staff, had my questions answered but the office is LAZY! I'm so glad they referred me to another doctor! I contacted my old ENT in another state, they pulled my records and were ready to send asap, they just needed Biltmore to contact them. My old ENT contacted me several times to let me know they had still not received a call from Biltmore. I called Biltmore several times to request the records. It would have been a 2 minute phone call. I showed up to my appt and they claimed to have never known they were to request them. BS. I now have my appt with this new doctor tomorrow and Biltmore still has not sent over the referral information. I had my appt over 3 weeks ago. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and live two hours away (4hr round trip) and am trying to get a surgery scheduled before baby comes and this lazy office is making it impossible.
