They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

No, they made everyone sit together

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew.

Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable?
Not at all. If the pediatrician is unavailable, my child will not be seen

Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name

I waited forever for my appointment!

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
