The doctor's are fine and the staff is fine. However, I do not have insurance and they do NOT give any discounts for self-pay. I feel like they are making me make up for all the low income welfare patience. Dinopeds have no billing to do, no insurance to file and they get paid when I am done with my appointment what could be easier and yet they refused to give me a discount. Plus, I had to pay for a well-check on top of the sick visit because my daughter hadn't been to the office before. What a joke, no discount and having to pay for a well-check along with a sick visit. I found a different pediatric office and they give a 24% discount and no need to pay for a well-check even if they haven't seen the child before.
