The front office staff were pleasant and patient with me while I tried to contact my insurance company on the phone. The MA wasn't very friendly towards us except for when Dr. Baswell was in the patient room with us. This was the only negative piece I could find in the whole visit. Dr. Baswell was through and was very patient to allow me to ask questions. She reviewed all the information the MA collected to clarify her understanding of my primary concern. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new Doctor or changing Doctors. You will be impressed - just like I am!!
