Waited 90 minutes past appointment time. A nurse practioner came into the room. When I started asking questions, she stood up, told me to follow up with my PCM and left the room. When I stopped at the front desk to ask what had just happened, I was informed that my behavior in the room resulted in my be removed from the practice. That came from a clerk. NP didn't even have the courtesy to explain. Don't waste your time.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I always get top-of-the-line treatment. Dr Ripp is always incorporating the latest knowledge into the practice. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Patient for six years. Great doc and staff.
